I am certified in medical Qigong, as well as being a certified holistic health coach.  Teaching the amazing healing art of Qigong is my passion.  My mission is to help you become a Well-LIFE Warrior.

In this group not only will you learn about how to use medical Qigong to build a strong, resilient mind, body and spirit, you will also receive plenty of content to support a strong immune system, and age gracefully in today's modern world.
